FINALLY finished the Kaki king portrait I wanted to do like a year ago. Thanks to this I now know how I will attempt to paint hair in the future….its flippin’ annoying though.

trying to get the right brush strokes here. I’m finally getting back into it.

I’m pretty proud of this one. Applying the form shadows/cast shadows/light/reflected light and all that is much harder on a body.

Totally not focusing on any of the extremities here…so the hands/feet/facial features are purposefully not good…kinda

I’m actually learning a lot in this Figure Drawing class. All the books and anatomy diagrams are nothing compared to this.
